The tart note adds definition, while the Kabuse profile gives the tea a distinctly Japanese character. <\/p>\n<p>In preparation, it proves approachable for moments when you are looking for a straightforward green tea with a bit more body. Fukamushi, the long steaming, brings more presence to the cup and shifts the profile toward a denser green tea. <\/p>\n<p>The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and is organic-certified to DE-\u00d6KO-013. With Ichibancha, the first spring harvest, and Akibancha, the autumn harvest, it combines early freshness with a calmer seasonal framework. <\/p>\n<p>Shading is done directly on the plant: Jikase-kaen.
