To ensure your Matcha purchase is as convenient as possible, we offer various payment methods. The options displayed at checkout may vary depending on your country, device, shopping cart, and technical availability.
Some payment methods are processed directly by Matchashop, while others are securely handled by our payment service provider Mollie or the respective payment provider. The options available for your order are always shown during the checkout process.

Why not all payment methods are always displayed
The payment options displayed at checkout depend on various factors. These include your delivery country, billing address, selected currency, device, shopping cart value, and availability with the respective payment provider.
For payment methods like Klarna, an assessment by the provider may also occur. Matchashop has no influence on whether a specific Klarna payment method is offered or accepted in individual cases.
Secure Payment Processing
Many of our payment methods are processed via Mollie. Mollie provides the technical payment environment and securely redirects you to the appropriate bank, app, or payment platform depending on the payment method.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, we receive a payment confirmation and can proceed with your order.
Payment for Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a Matcha subscription, we will collect the due payments using the payment method from the initial order or send you an invoice when the subscription is shipped. Alternatively, you can grant us a direct debit mandate, and we will conveniently collect the due amounts from your account.
