Our Matcha subscriptions have no minimum commitment period and can be canceled by you at any time. The subscription discount applies starting with the first automatic follow-up delivery—not with the initial order. Shipping occurs on the same calendar day as your first subscription order was placed. This keeps your schedule clear and reliable. Example: If you order on January 7 and choose monthly delivery, we will ship the next deliveries on February 7, March 7, and in the following months on the 7th of each month. - Regardless of the subscription, our regular shipping costs apply based on order value.

Your payment options
We automatically collect the payments due for your subscription using the payment method you selected with your first order. Alternatively, we will send you an invoice when shipping the subscription. When paying by invoice, please always check your spam folder to ensure no payment information is lost.
