What Matters to Us When Getting to Know You
• Traceable Quality: Organic quality is a very important standard for us. If no organic certification is available, we pay particularly close attention to origin, cultivation methods, analyses, and documentation.
• Analytical Transparency: Laboratory reports and batch information help us reliably assess quality and offer our customers safe, responsibly selected products.
• Flavor Substance: We pay attention to color, aroma, texture, Umami, intensity, and balance. Terms like Ceremonial are not sufficient guidance for us, because true quality reveals itself in the bowl.
• Clear Origin: Transparent sourcing from Japan is essential to us. We want to understand where your Matcha grows, how it is processed, and what story lies behind it.
