An organic Chai Matcha from Kagoshima for your latte
Matcha “Charming Chai” combines green Matcha with a spicy chai direction. In the cup, it presents itself as present and aromatically structured, without losing itself in grand gestures.
It is suitable for Matcha lattes when Matcha needs to assert itself against milk or plant-based drinks. The spicy notes give your latte contour and make it harmonious even as an Iced Latte.
The Matcha comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and is organic-certified according to DE-ÖKO-013. Leaves from Ichibancha, the first spring harvest, and Nibancha, the summer harvest, are processed; the early season brings a fresh, green framework, while the summer harvest adds more directness to the profile.
Shading occurs directly on the plant: Jikase-kaen. The shading duration is 7 to 14 days, and it is ball-milled.
