An organic Matcha from Kirishima for Usucha, Latte and Iced Latte
Matcha Emerald Forest Deluxe focuses on a calm, accessible profile: balanced, smooth and soft, with a creamy note in the mouthfeel. It works when you want to drink Matcha pure and equally when your daily routine calls for Matcha Latte or Iced Latte.
As Usucha, it brings Matcha into the cup without milk or recipe context. In a Latte, its green profile combines with milk or plant-based drink to create a softer beverage.
The Matcha comes from Kirishima in Kagoshima and is organically certified according to DE-ÖKO-003. It was processed from leaves that were shaded for 20 to 30 days.
The grinding is done with Ishiusu, the granite stone mill. This gives this Matcha a calm, artisanal character – in the 30 g tin for your Usucha preparation and your Matcha Latte.
