An organic Kabuse Genmaicha with Matcha from Kagoshima for a present cup
This Kabuse Genmaicha with Matcha combines shaded Kabusecha, roasted Genmai and Matcha into a calm, green tea profile. The 50g pack suits your daily preparation well if you enjoy Japanese tea with clear origin and roasted depth. Also available in the 200g storage pack.
In the cup it presents itself with texture and a deep, luminous green. Roasted rice brings a toasted line, Matcha pushes the green side forward; prepared hot or on ice, the tea works directly and pleasantly present.
The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and from the summer harvest Nibancha. This second harvest period brings more directness to the profile and suits a more present green tea character.
The leaves grow under Jikase-kaen, direct shading on the plant, for 7 to 14 days. Fukamushi, the long steaming, gives the tea more presence in the cup; the organic certification according to DE-ÖKO-013 completes the clear framework.
