An organic Matcha from Kagoshima for latte, cooking, and DIY cosmetics
This Matcha focuses on a clear, green presence: tart in profile and direct enough for Matcha latte, cooking, and mixed drinks. It suits drinks with milk or plant-based alternatives as well as baked goods, desserts, and recipes where Matcha should be visible and clearly present in taste.
The tart note gives the Matcha definition. In a latte, it brings a green profile to a smoother drink; in the kitchen, it holds its own alongside sweet or more intense ingredients.
This Matcha comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan. It is shaded directly on the plant: Jikase-kaen.
Organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-007. For DIY cosmetics, it works well in topical formulations when Matcha is to be used as an ingredient.
