An organic Matcha from Kirishima for Koicha and Usucha
Emerald Forest is an organic Matcha from Kirishima in Kagoshima, crafted for pure Matcha in two styles: as a lighter Usucha preparation or as Koicha with a denser Matcha content.
In the cup, it presents as soft and spicy. Umami gives the profile depth, while the soft side keeps the impression well-rounded and accessible.
Leaves shaded for 20 to 30 days were processed for this Matcha. It is ground using Ishiusu, the granite stone mill.
Additionally, it features organic certification according to DE-ÖKO-003 – objective, clear, and suitable for everyone who wishes to drink their Matcha pure.
