For Usucha, it presents itself as a lighter, direct Matcha preparation without milk or recipe context. For Koicha, the powder takes center stage – more concentrated, denser, and closer to the essence of the tea.

The tea originates from Kirishima in Kagoshima and is organic-certified according to DE-ÖKO-007. The 40g tin is ideal if you prepare Matcha purely and seek a sensorially soft profile.
