An organic Genmaicha Matcha-iri from Kagoshima with nutty depth
This Genmaicha Matcha-iri combines Sencha, roasted brown rice, and Matcha into a Japanese green tea with a warm, nutty character. It offers a pleasantly direct cup without being overpowering.
The roasted aromas of the rice give the tea depth, while the Matcha finish makes the infusion appear greener and more present. For preparation, a moderate 60–70 °C is suitable; the first infusion should steep for about 60 seconds, followed by short subsequent infusions.
The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and is certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039. In a 100 g pack, it is ideal for anyone who enjoys Genmaicha with Matcha in their daily tea routine.
