An organic Matcha from Kagoshima for your Usucha preparation
Matcha Nomikoto follows a calm, green direction: made for Usucha when you want to drink Matcha pure and direct. In the cup, it is clear, approachable, and pleasantly pared back.
On the palate, it combines fruity notes with Umami, a subtly sweet roundness, and a darker, chocolatey side. This gives the profile bright tension, depth, and a rounded finish.
The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and from the first spring harvest Ichibancha. With Asatsuyu, the profile gains a rounded, green, Umami-forward side; organic certification is according to DE-ÖKO-039.
