An organic Matcha from Kagoshima for Usucha and lattes
This Matcha brings southern Japanese origin to your daily routine: from Kagoshima, a key tea region in southern Japan, certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-013 and crafted for pure Matcha preparations without compromise.
In the cup, it reveals roasted and nutty notes. These warmer tones provide a well-rounded profile that works perfectly as a pure Usucha or in a Matcha latte with milk or plant-based alternatives.
The tea is sourced from Ichibancha, the first spring harvest, and Nibancha, the summer harvest. The spring harvest provides a fresh, green framework, while the summer harvest adds more directness to the profile.
The leaves are grown under Jikase-kaen—direct shading on the plant—for 20 to 30 days. It is ground using Ishiusu granite stone mills, giving the Matcha a traditional stone-ground artisanal finish.
