An organic Mizucha from the Suikyo tea garden for cold brew and warm cup
Mizucha Suikyo brings Japanese tea into a calm, uncomplicated form: ten pyramid bags with 5 g of loose tea leaves each, made for cold brew or warm preparation with 70 °C hot water.
In the cup, the tea appears clear and emerald green, with texture on the palate. Cold brewed, it feels reduced and pleasantly light; for warm preparation, use 70 °C hot water.
The tea comes from the Suikyo tea garden near Nara in Japan. There, Fumiaki and Luna cultivate the tea plants; this product is organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-039.
