An organic Sencha from Miyazaki for cold brewing
This Mizudashi Sencha brings Japanese green tea into a cool preparation. It is suitable for cold brewing and thus appears refined, modern and uncomplicated.
In the cup it reveals subtly sweet notes and clear Umami. Cold brewed, this profile comes through pleasantly green and approachable.
The tea comes from Morimoto Farm in Miyazaki, in southern Japan. For this Sencha, Okumidori, Minami Sayaka and Yabukita are used; the leaves come from the first spring harvest, Ichibancha.
Organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-039 and packaged in 100g, it fits perfectly into your cold brewing routine: infuse, steep, drink cold.
