An organic Sencha from Mie with a smooth, soft profile
Sencha Marimo, organic brings a calm, approachable green tea to your cup. The infusion appears in a deep, vibrant green and feels clear, without being loud.
On the palate, it is smooth, soft and balanced. Its open character without bitterness makes it pleasant for everyday brewing – pure, clear and uncomplicated.
The leaves come from Mie Prefecture in Japan and are organically cultivated by the Hayashi family. Harvested in the late first flush; the tea is processed as Chu-mushi Sencha, i.e. medium-steamed.
Organic is certified here to DE-ÖKO-039. The 100 g pack is a great fit if Sencha regularly goes into your teapot.
