Brewed pure, this Sencha feels clear and approachable without being loud. The soft texture gives the tea calm, while the floral note adds an elegant contour to the profile.
The tea comes from Mie, an important Japanese tea region, and is cultivated by the Hayashi family. This Sencha uses Asatsuyu, Sayama Kaori, and Yabukita.
The medium steaming level (Chumushi) strikes a balance between clear structure and more body. It is organic-certified to DE-ÖKO-039 and comes in a 100 g pack.
