An organic green tea from Miyazaki with a direct summer profile
Tamamori brings South Japanese origin to your cup: an organic certified loose leaf tea from Miyazaki, clear, understated, and with a bit more presence in its profile.
Sensorially, it presents with pronounced Umami, notes of ripe melon, and fresh herbs. The reduced bitterness keeps the tea accessible, while the summer harvest brings more directness to the cup.
The tea comes from the second harvest period, Nibancha. Oku Midori and Yabukita are used for this blend; before the June harvest, the leaves were shaded for two weeks.
For preparation, you may adhere to 60 to 65 °C. Multiple infusions are possible and allow the Tamamori to calmly reveal its green, present profile.
