An organic Matcha from Kagoshima for Latte, Usucha and culinary use
Matcha Samurai, organic comes from Kagoshima and focuses on a tart-grassy profile with a direct green line. A Matcha for days when you prefer it uncomplicated, clear, and flavorfully present.
Tart notes provide structure, grassy notes bring a vegetal direction to the cup. In a Matcha Latte, it shows its green profile in a softer beverage; as Usucha, it comes through pure and more direct.
This blend uses Yabukita, Yutakamidori, and Okumidori. The leaves grow under Jikase-kaen, direct shading on the plant, for 20 to 30 days.
The medium steaming level Chumushi maintains the balance between clear structure and more body. Ground with Ishiusu, the granite stone mill; organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-006.
